Hi Judy,
My husband and I spent last night looking through magazines and cookbooks for ideas. Hm...have decided to take out some of the listed ingredients on the recipe and add some others of which we think should taste good. 
Hopefullly, it will work out fine.  I will let you how it went. 
Ingredients I am going to use:
Sour dough bread crumbs
Onions
Garlic
Bacon
Apples
Dried Cranberries
Sage and thyme
Honey Liquer
Butter
