Not from my garden at all, they grow wild. That's why I mentioned it because a lot of people are reluctant to use wild produce.

I made this twice last week, it was lovely. I used native raspberries harvested from my property. These little fruit are quite common in NE Australia, so I thought I'd mention it in case others here have them and have no ideas on how to use them.

Hi Cookie, thanks for the welcome. I have been lurking here for a while using recipes etc but have not had a reason to post yet. The search facility is great, has saved me on many an occassion.

I have done some googling and have varied advice that besun or gram flour is either flour made from roast chickpeas or flour made from Channa dahl. I just put some channa dahl into my tx and zapped it on 9 for about a minute until it made a fine "flour". Do you think I can use it in recipes wanting besun flour? It looks like flour but having never used Besun before I have nothing to compare it with!
