Hi all,
I'm Sandra and have had my thermomix for a month or so now.  Absolutely loving it and am back to enjoying cooking!  I've tried quite a few recipes in the basic cookbook and am ready for more.  Am especially interested in gluten free recipes as I have a son who has Autism and gluten sets his behaviour right off. 
Have banned myself from making lemon custard - way too yummy!!  My husband complains that he never gets a chance to try any - I'm sure I've left him some on one or two occasions and he's just missed it?? Maybe?  Both my boys don't like it! What a shame!!!
Looking forward to trying new things - have experimented a little but they've usually been a flop! Serves me right for trying things without really knowing what I'm doing!!! LOL!
Now off to find a carbonara recipe...
