Thanks for the link, I have been threatening to try to make cheese, do you know of any good recipes, I have found some for softer cheeses similar to mozzarella or cream cheese, although I would like to look at harder cheeses as the are normal harder..

My name is Andy Kemp, I am English living in Portugal and so a big problem that I have is to find the recopies in English.... i.e. the first book that tells you in depth how everything works....
I am a restaurant manager and have spent most of my life in a kitchen so for me to finally get this great machine was just the best thing ever.
Well after 3 years and 3 demos, we finally got our "Thermomix"; we got it last Thursday... Life has changed completely!
My wife likes to cook but really never wants to, so as food is my life I take that and normally make around 95% of the food in our house.
Now that has all changed and I don't know if I like it... LOL
She can stop using the machine its great coming home to fresh bread and amazing food... (And no stressed wife)...
Any way when I can finally get my hands on the machine I think that I'll have some fun...
I would really find it helpful if anyone knows where I can find books in English
