Hi All,
Just dropping by to say a quick hi and that i think of you all regularly. I'm sorry to have been so absent for so long.
We're still loving our thermomixes and use them multiple times a day, though not as adventurous as i used to be now that I'm no longer consulting and DD has a wheat allergy. Food has taken me down the fermented & cultured food path which i hope to incorporate thermie into more to help.
My younger sister and only sibling passed away unexpectedly not so long ago which has ripped the world out from under our feet.
Still referring any new Thermie owners here knowing what an amazing and supportive community you guys are. And its great to see how much the forum continues to thrive. Well done all!!

I made this on the weekend for DD to take to work. I reduced the sugar too. I put some ganache made with Lindt Strawberry Intense. DD mentioned everyone liked the subtle strawberry taste!! The recipe has been spread round her work now as well. Thanks ILB.
My pleasure.

Hi All,
We're going to make this today and I just had a couple of questions:
1/ how much meat did your carcasses have? I was planning on stripping one for a chicken pie and using the remainder for this bit I'm a little confused (could be the cold) and wondere if all of the meat should be kept on it??
2/ did you include the bones in the final grind?? Something made me think for some reason I should? Again a little confused!! Haha
Thanks!! ILB

ILB, thanks for the photo I will show it to Elke, our girls certainly got along well! Annika enjoyed a bubble bath tonight using her lucky dip gift.
Great to hear Deedub! :-)

Hi Loulou.
I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been enjoying your thermomix.
If you are anywhere near Wangaratta in courntry Vic send me a PM and I can give you a hand.
Otherwise get onto your consultant and ask her to help you.

Oh Chookie, I also meant to ask if you have any flooding over there?
We have some moderate flooding over in the East with more expected over the next two weeks. Should be fine to get across, may just have a couple of detours here and there as a worse case scenario. - fingers crossed!
