This sounds brilliant thank you Mashie. I have just made a log cabin birthday cake for my grandson and I tried to make a Vienna Cream in the Thermomix. Even thought I put heaps more icing sugar in, the icing is still too thin and I'm afraid it's going to fall off the cake!!! This recipe would be perfect - I'll use it for my next cake unless anyone else has a good recipe for ordinary old Vienna Cream icing.
