This sounds brilliant thank you Mashie.  I have just made a log cabin birthday cake for my grandson and I tried to make a Vienna Cream in the Thermomix.  Even thought I put heaps more icing sugar in, the icing is still too thin and I'm afraid it's going to fall off the cake!!!  This recipe would be perfect - I'll use it for my next cake unless anyone else has a good recipe for ordinary old Vienna Cream icing.

Great idea. After attending a friends demo, I thought about buying my TMX for absolutely ages and I'd loved to have seen one at a shopping centre to help me to make the big decision.  This is my first comment to Chit Chat - exciting to be part of a fun group of people who all love the same thing.
