Hi Kathstar, I've joined too. It's so exciting to have the thermy Sitting on your bench . You love it. The girls on the forum are great. They are so helpful , now you can experiment. I've made nay nays scones , absolutely amazing . Enjoy!

Thank you Emerald Sue for posting your recipe. I will try your one too, as I found One that uses the sugar paste with a bit of egg white , vegetable fat cmc and cream of tartar mix in KA with dough hook and wrap tightly in cling film. And store in container. I've made some petals, we shall see how they go.

Thank you goldfish, I have seen it, I think it's ok for Modelling work, for floral work it might not work . I have however found one recipe and made it, in the KA. I let my petals dry and see how it goes . : )

Thanks again ladies, I already feel I'm part of the family. I'm after a recipe so I will ask here first, hopefully You gals may have it or guide me to the right direction. I'm after a recipe for gum/ modelling paste that is used to make Sugar flowers and other cake decorations.

Hi everyone, I'm Angela and I bought my thermy a year ago, it took me a while to get on to the forum. I love the Thermomix , as it saved me from doing a lot of chopping and cleaning . I still need to experiment more, and I look forward to trying so many of the members recipes and ideas.
