I am making this today, I used red onion only 150g red wine and I couldn't find dried apricots with out crappy preservatives, so I used dried cranberries instead
I also accidentally added 10 more grams of brown sugar
wizzed up onions and cranberries on speed 4 for 2 lots of 20 secs as that was the consistancy i liked, reverse, sp1, 100 c, 40 mins

Will let you know how it goes!

How do you freeze them - raw dough or cooked?

While i'm here - when i make pizza dough - do i freeze raw in balls wrapped in glad wrap?

less than 1 week :)  I was just reading the reviews - so just to check, I have printed the recipe
but has it been altered and ready to go?
Never made bread before and these look gorgeous! DH is FIFO and i have a 3 yr old son so will
welcome him home with some fresh buns (not mine) ;)

If i was to make a chicken risotto, and wanted chunks of pumpkin
at what stage would i add the pumpkin? (newbie)

i was going to use the mushroom base risotto without the mushroom and then add the chicken chunks
when i should be adding mushroom?
and then maybe the pumpkin cubes

Do you think this would work?

I made the Vegie stock concentrate, a bolognese sauce and choc custard! all very awesome

Now need to use up some pumpkin in my fridge so looking for a risotto recipe maybe or sweet potato, celery lol
