Thank you earth mumma. I'm in Canada. I'll try this recipe with 35% cream.

Hi BubbleGrub, your panacotta looks delicious!! What is "pouring cream"? or, what is the fat percentage of the cream you used?
Thanks. 3

Thank you judydawn, thermoheaven and cookie1. Every thing seems clear now. I just hope the machine will withstand the occasional bumpy car ride.
Regards to you all 4

Thank you Cuilidh for your welcome and your reply. I know about the addictive properties of both: forum and TMX, but as long as I don't gain weight....no problem.
I inspected the travel bag and found two smaller pockets. One seems to be for the spatula and the other i assume is for the butterfly because the blade could not fit in it. Given the fact that there seems to be no pocket for the blade, my conclusion is that the blade remains in its place. I hope I'm right, but if I'm not, that someone in the forum will let me know. 5

Hello everyone,
I've had my TMX for I few days and I'm really enjoying what I've made so far. Before making my decision about purchasing the TMX I read lots of valuable information and recipes in this forum. I hope that in the future I'll be able to contribute with either recipes or ideas. I have one question about travelling with the TMX. I have the TMX carry bag, but it did not come with instructions. I am planning to take it with me in the car. Do you remove the blades?.
