Hi all

I have joined this forum after weeks of research on both the thermomix and thermochef. I have decided I really want a thermomix, best to go with the better well known brand for a LONG term investment.
It is a huge cost for us, as we are a one wage family with 4 kids. I have already switched to as much organic and homemade food as possible, but we still buy rubbish for lunchboxes and when I come home tired and forget to defrost the meat!

I am hoping it will furthur improve the childrens diet with fun food, deserts etc..

We already make fresh bread and pizza dough, but it takes so long in the bread machine, we often do not have time or can not be bothered..
I hate putting the food processor together and often loose the bits, so rarely use it..

I have just started making my own stock in the slow cooker, so hoping to add soups to our diet too, which seem quick and easy from what I have researched.

I am not a very good cook, but my hubby is, so I think we will BOTH benefit and he is as interested as me since I made him watch the you tube videos!!! ( he was set against it until then, due to the cost)

So I have a demo this week, I am hoping we get accepted for the interest free and if so, I will be a new owner to participate in this great forum
