Hi there I have had no success with sour dough ever since my super starter exploded out of the jar and I had to start again. My starter looks ready but my loaf is just not rising even after many hours in warm place - any tips??

Made this in a large quiche dish, 4 x the ingredients listed here, made a lovely deep quiche that went down well i added spinach and parmesan also

Bought some Kagi jewelry online - its made in NZ if you are not familiar with it. ALso picked up ring from jewellers which has been polished so it looks new again.
