Yes, i have to admit that sometimes it is thicker than others. To be honest, when i make it I am vigilant, as i think it depends on the milk and room temp Generally ALL milk in Spain is long life, so i normally make it with longlife semi, however having said that you should be able to make it with all milk. I have on a few ocassions, added more milk, 50-100 mls and programmed a further 5 mins, keeping a watchful eye. And in future, perhaps program 45 mins and check, to see whether it needs that extra 5 mins Good luck

Should have mentioned, the cheese is grated! We buy it here already grated, but perhaps you will buy it whole.

Hi everyone! Have missed you all, I now have an ipad, so it should be easier for me! Emmental, is French cheese, an unusual smoked kind of taste, the one with holes in! I hope you can find a similar cheese down under, as the cheese makes these!

Chicken Nuggets: 4 to 6 people: Ingredients: 300g frozen chicken breast, cut in pieces 100g emmental cheese Salt & pepper One egg Plain flour 2 eggs beaten Breadcrumbs
Preparation: Place frozen chicken pieces, cheese, egg, salt and pepper in Thx and program 20 seconds, speed 5-7. Make small balls, and flatten to make nuggets, dip in flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Either freeze or deep fry straight away.

Tips/Hints: These are ideal for kids, adults, lunch boxes, picnics and finger food at parties. MUST use emmental, even if you don't like it, its the cheese that makes the exquisite taste. I hate emmental but LOVE these nuggets.

WelshCaroline - They were delicious! Very tasty and lovely texture to them, not dry at all like some other recipes that I have tried! Thank you so much for posting this recipe!!
