Thank you for sharing this one... I just made it tonight for my father in law who is in hospital having a knee reco.  I am not a fan of fudge at all but  this is devine!  I might have to make another batch just for us, lol. It was sooooo easy.  It could be a whole new business venture this fudge could even be very addicting.  The flavours are endless and the texture I love it.  I think I was put off other fudges because of the texture this one is so smooth.
