after many tantrums and nagging My wonderful family gave me a Thermomix for Christmas and I have been happily playing and stalking this site ever since. I have found so many great ideas and suggestions to help me get over the teething problems I've had readjusting recipes to the Thermomix way. I have barely cooked the 'conventional way' since. My family are pleasantly surprised that it wasn't a fad thing I just had to have and am really enjoying it although I think there have been times they wished I wasn't using them as my guinea pigs for a new recipe that didn't get quite right.
