I know! Amazing how quickly it took off really - It actually grew by over 100 people this week alone! And I've been so busy it hasn't been getting the updates I normally do either.
I'm so glad this in now being investigated and I do hope they reprimand and dismiss this individual and perhaps legal action persued.
There is always a place to go for further complaints. First ask to go to Dispute Resolution and from there let them know you will be going to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. Any time an ombudsman has to get involved in complaint resolution will result in a cost to the Telecommunications company. They will want to avoid this as it costs them win lose or draw and a lot more than fixing the problem in the first place.

GF - Non stop these past few weeks I think thanks to a ramp up by me combined with Interest Free period I didn't get home for 3 weeks. Settling now and today I'm enjoying my first day at home with the TV and some baking (Well baking is the plan but I haven't got up to do it yet LOL) Although I do have some orders to take tomorrow. That's also why I haven't even glimpsed the forums in what feesl like forever.
I'm LOVING it though. Honestly being a consultant and being paid and rewarded to talk Thermomix is amazing.
Just catching up now, I'm so sorry to hear this mich but very glad they caught it and he has done well throughout the op. I do hope this gives him the all clear from now on.
