We love this recipe in our house. Have made it a number of occasions, including a night when we had family over and I wanted to impress them. They all loved it too. Our daughter (3&5yrs) prefer to eat just the "garlicy" pasta, chicken and pinenuts, but we don't mind as it leave more chorizo for us!! Great recipe and would recommend for others to try.

First time making this and it was delicious!! Had to stop myself from going back for seconds!! I did not put mushrooms or avocado in it, because we don't eat them and I added a little bit of cornflour to thicken it up. I made my own fresh pasta and cooked it in a saucepan. My husband and young girls loved this recipe too. Will definitely be making it again.

I use ordinary teaspoons to put the mixture in the cupcake wrappers. It probably ends up with 1 heaped teaspoon and a little bit more. Sometimes it doesn't look like much, but if you look at the photo I attached the other day you will see how even they come out and they are the perfect size for icing. I also cook my cupcakes at about 180 in fan forced electric, in the middle of the oven.

The recipe was great! My husband agreed that they are light and fluffy. It is actually similar to one I use Pre-TMX, (except this one had an extra egg). I also had my oven on 180 with fan, and added some vanilla essence. I used my normal buttercream recipe, but made it in the TMX for the first time. Here is my photo of cupcakes straight out of the oven and then iced.

Merl, my closest "city" is also Warrny... small world huh?
It is a small world, I have heard that a few people around here have a TMX. Although I only personally know of me and my friend.

This was the first dinner I made with my TMX. I only had half an hour to whip up something quick, so I made this and had ti with foccacia. The next night we had it on baked potatoes with some cheese and sour cream. Delicious! Will definitely make again. A good one to have in the freezer.

Hi, My name is Melissa, but my friends call me Merl (there were too many others called Mel when I was at school, so I got something different!) I am 30yrs old, married for nearly 8yrs, have 2 beautiful girls, (2.5 & 4.5yrs old) and am a part time primary teacher.
I just got my Thermomix this week and I am super excited about it!! I made strawberry sorbet, a savoury mince and pesto dip the first night. I have had a bit of a look around the forum already and love that there are so many tips and recipes on here.
I have cut out as much sugar as possible in our house this year, so I am looking forward to all the healthy meals I can quickly and easily make in the Thermomix.
Cheers, Merl
