Introduce Yourself / Hi, Ciao! New Bimby owner. Feel like a new mother!

I am English, living in Italy. After seeing the Bimby in a shopping centre in Italy I was so impressed I ordered one on the spot! A few weeks later it arrived and sat untouched in it's box until the lovely Italian lady arrived to demonstrate the wonders it could achieve.Unfortunately my understanding of the Italian language is limited and after an hour had passed the lady left me and then the panic began... I felt like I had been left with an abandoned baby and I had no idea on how to cope with it. The manual was all in Italian and I struggled to remember what button to push and what heat control to set. After trrying to reproduce the lemon drink I ended up with a chunky mess (tasty though!) because I didnt remember to use the basket to strain it! The next attempt was a chicken stew which mutilated the chicken (and bones!) as I had no idea what I was doing.
Thank goodness I have found your website! Now I can begin to learn how to look after my Bimby (strange how BIMBY sounds so much like the word for BABY in Italian!) Yes, I am a new mother now..I want to cherish and care for my Bimby..Most of all I want my BIMBY to care for me!
