It's been a scroll fest here today. I've made salami and cheese scrolls and garlic scrolls using the EDC pizza dough. Also made apple cinnamon scrolls and chocolate custard scrolls using the EDC brioche dough. I'm experimenting with freezing them so I have a go-to stash in the freezer for lunchboxes.

Hi Everyone. I'm Donna and I've been coveting the TMX for 2 years since I went to a Demo at a friend's house. My husband was a non believer in the wonders of the TMX (of course he never went to a demo!) Finally after many "discussions" he said "I still don't get it but if it will make you happy buy it" So I did It arrived yesterday and I cooked up a storm. I caught him reading the Everyday Cook Book this morning I think we are all onto a winner here! Looking forward to exploring the forum.
