Hello everyone,  hoping that someone may have a recipe for chilli paste, found plenty of recipes for chilli sauce but I am wanting a paste to add to curries, soup etc. I want to make this for a friend who has given me a large bag of chillies and loves hot stuff. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you for the reply Greyhoundmum, I made the mistake of putting onto my thermo mat to rise. What a mess but finally got it into the bread pan.  Has been a disastrous day with the thermomix today. Started the morning by failing to make scrambled eggs, then my pizza dough has escaped out of the gladwrap that I wrapped it in in the fridge and then the bread incident.  Have yet to love my thermie.

Thank you all for your responses.  I have read other threads where it has taken people awhile to get used of their thermie. I am not giving up but have been so excited to finally get my tx. I have a child with allergies and have made the rice milk which certainly tastes better than store bought. But I feel disappointed when I couldn't even get playdough right. I know things will get better, just needed to have a whinge. Thank you all for listening.
