Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions what I may be doing wrong. Every time I make any sort of dough it turns into a fine crumble. the interval speed wont kneed and just chops it up. I have watched the interval speed at work and it does 5 clockwise rotations and 1 anti clockwise before repeating.. Is this how it should work? Hoping it is something I am doing wrong and not my machine???
