Had some smallish bananas lurking the in the bowl and masquerading as laboratory specimens
Came up with this TMX suggestion.
http://gastromony.com/easy-banana-bread/My bananas were just enough (240 gms), used 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste instead of the vanilla bean and Greek yoghurt instead of the sour cream. Thought I'd pop some frozen blueberries on top - but some of them sank right through to the base of the loaf during cooking
- but they did taste good at the end!
In any case, DS pronounced it "awesomely good!" . . so will be making it again .
(Although I think it's awesomeness was due to the absolute "mankiness" of the bananas!
