Hi Nanna I also just got my Thermie this week and absolutely loving it. Will try the chocolate custard this weekend and will use cornflour as recommended by everyone. Everything is soooo easy in this machine.  Having a big cook up today and just planning the dishes now. So much variety. :) we are all so lucky to have this amazing appliance ;D
