Easy Chicken recipe
Serve for 4 people
Ingredients :
1 Kg Chicken legs
2 Finely Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp of Chopped Aromatic Coriander
1Tbsp Ginger
1Tbsp turmeric
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Garam Masala
Salt
Black pepper
4 Tbsp oil
In a pan add Chicken legs, Oil , Salt, Black pepper , Gram masala, Ginger,Turmeric ,Chopped onion and fry all for 5 minutes then add water and cook for a 25 minutes, when it is cooked add chopped aromatic coriander and lemon juice and serve it , it is easy and delicious!
