UK Tablespoons are 15 mls.
1T ketchup
3T cider vinegar
3T EVOO
2 heaped tsp brown sug
1 heaped tsp five spice
Mix to paste, cover ribs in paste, put in dish, cover with foil and marinate 2 to 3 hours overnight.
Cook in oven still covered in foil 160'c 90 mins.
Finish on BBQ to glaze.
Worth a try I think, be Good on chicken too.
