Amazing result from my email to work colleagues, friends and acquaintances, they have already donated $640. I'm over the moon, I set my target at $1,000 so hopefully with a few additional fundraising ideas and a little more spruiking I should be able to get there. The pressure is on now that everyone knows about it.

great going Wonder. Imagine having one month of waking up clear headed. It'll be interesting to see just by dropping that bad habit alone how it affects your weight.

Wonder your doing an amazing job. I haven't had a drink all July either:)
Come to think of it I don't think I have had a drink all year.
I'm a cheap drunk.

No heavy hard and any weight Los will be a great outcome, I know it's a bit shallow but if I don't se any change I will be a bit disappointed. I'm thinking I should also be able to go harder at the gym with no alcohol in my system. I normally work out at 6 am so some sessions I would still have quite a bit in my system. Only 3 days to go and I'm already not drinking because of the bug I caught, I'm hoping I at least feel well enough on Friday night to have a few farewell drinks.
