Just to update what I've been making these last couple of days, after Tuesday's Risotto, I made the 2nd batch of Vegetarian Sausage Rolls, and then for my 'try something new each day challenge' I did quirkycooking's

For a dairy free custard this really rocked! However, and possibly due of the honey I used, I found it needed just a little extra sweetening .. So I chopped up a banana and mixed it in with the apple & custard and that did the trick nicely
