80g sorrel leaves
70g Parmesan
30g walnuts
1 large garlic clove
Squeeze lemon juice (about 1 tbsp)
150g olive oil
Salt to taste
Optional extra: about 2 tbsp mint leaves
Pop everything except the salt and oil into the bowl. 20 secs speed 7
Add salt and oil. 20 secs at speed 7.
