I will be interested to see what happens. I can't see the point of leaving it in the jug myself but if the machine has nothing else to do........

I wasn't thrilled with the automated yoghurt but will try again.  It's sort of curdled.  I bought organic non homogenised Margaret River Milk and organic Greek yoghurt. I will use it for a banana cake.

i have never had problems with making yoghurt and this is no better than what i usually make. i wont tie up the machine for the day when i can use my other method for 10 hours overnight. It will even sit for a couple more hours without dinging its alarm at me.
