Teninas soft buttermilk bread rolls would be  a great hamburger bun. Just put some sesame seeds on the top before baking.

I love this recipe. It can be adapted so easily to whatever you desire. I sometimes use a mix of natural yogurt and milk in place of the buttermilk if I don't have any.  The rolls are really soft and my kids favourite.

Here's some more suggestions Stef.

This one is on the UK Thermomix site.

We do Chookies no fuss rolls recipe and place a tray on top of them whilst baking so they stay flat.

My conversion of the Panini rolls would work for hamburger buns too, just flatten them with your hand when you first form them & put them on the tray.

Just leave it out Stef, a lot of people don't use it but it works for me so I'm not game to not use it  ;D
