Pepperoni Quiche:Serves 6:Ingredients:500 ml milk
4 eggs
90g butter, melted
1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup grated cheese
Thinly sliced pepperoni
2 tablespoons chopped parsley and /or chives
Preparation:Chop parsley and set aside.
Chop cheese and set aside.
Preheat oven to 180*
Place milk, eggs, flour and butter into bowl. Speed 5/ 10 seconds.
Place sliced pepperoni over the base of 25cm quiche plate. Scatter cheese and herbs over.
Carefully pour over egg mixture.
Bake until set, 35-45 minutes.
