Wonder I made a chicken dish last week, I think it was a Suzanne Gibbs recipe called Paprika Chicken using halved thighs. After coming to pressure only had to cook for 5 mins!
The chicken was so tender and there wasn't a lot of sauce in there either which is what prompted me to try this recipe. The paprika chicken sauce was a bit bland though so I didn't post about it, though my DH didn't mind it.
