Error 31
« on: October 29, 2012, 06:28:20 am »
For no reason at all my TM started beeping with error 31 on the screen. Does anyone know what that could mean?

The manual doesn't actually tell you what a lot of the numbers mean Mandi but on page 40 your number 31 can be reset by turning the speed selector to open lid position and then to the closed lid position.  If this isn't working for you, I would speak to your consultant.  Pity each number doesn't come with an explanation of the problem in the manual.

Thanks Judy. Well I just pressed the power button and it stopped. Seams fine now. If it happens again I will ring my consultant. Warranty runs out in January so hopefully if something is going to go wrong it will be now.

I've had this error come up a couple of times and I think it's when I turn the dial back to open lid position and take the lid off quickly, maybe a little too quickly for the computer to process.
