Do you think I was hard wired to stretch meat because of my mothers experiences with the war and rationing? Se went through 14 years of meat rationing! !

Sundays half leg of roast lamb made shepherds pie for DS and I today, plus one portion in freezer and broth for 6!  Some will be frozen tomorrow or will have major complaints if we have it for 3 meals in same week.
