Hehe - he's actually my nephew - we have been fostering him since he was six. I was only 18! Married at 18 too - I found the right man and wanted as many married years together as possible :)

That is lovely. Welcome to the forum.
When you use the stock concentrate you only need 1 teaspoon per 250ml of liquid.  The EDC used to say a tablespoon.
