I  made some of these the other day and used spelt flour. I had top  add a little more water . I made 48 smaller ones and rolled them really thin, put fork marks on them to stop them rising and sprinkled a little sea salt on them. They were lovely, the texture of the spelt flour added a little something.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Have just made a bread salad that these would be good in.  It is from'Jerusalem'.  The stale bread is torn into pieces and cooked in a little oil and butter with chopped  almonds and when cool,  added to the salad.

Tasted fantastic both ways.

Decided that rolled through the pasta machine win, they are crispy crispy cispy :)

Will look for that Jerasulem recipe :)
