This recipe is a good way of finding out if you need to replace your lid seal  ;)

:o Do you need a new seal Judy?

I've got one in the cupboard somewhere Jamberie but I like to get my money's worth from them.  It's OK for anything but a full bowl of liquid but my second lid is still fine so I should have been using that one today. :-))

Sugar content is very much to personal taste - you do what suits your palate. I really enjoy this with a dash of soda water to liven it up.
