Beef bones, about 5 or 6
Turn pc on to brown, add a little rice bran oil
Cook bones until brown each side.
Add 2 onions & 2 carrots chopped in TM
Water to just cover bones, in pc water doesnt evaporate
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup red wine
1tsp black peppercorns
Herbs of choice & garlic if desired
Small bunch of bay leaves, cook on high pressure for 1 hour
I dont add garlic or herbs apart from bay leaves.
You could do this for 4-5 hours on the stovetop.
Cool in fridge overnight, skim layer of fat off & use or freezer
Result, rich tasty stock
