Dairy free minced meat recipes please!

Does anyone have any easy dairy free recipes using minced meat, I always get stuck in the bolognaise or sheppherds pie rut and need some inspiration! thanks

I's along a similar line but  my DH has requested spaghetti and meatballs tonight. I'm not sure why but he obviously feels like it. :-\

Is moussaka dairy free?  I know it has a cheese sauce on top but there is a dairy free cheese sauce too isn't there?
