I clearly have been melting chocolate wrong all along in the TM.

Maddy, what is the technique in this book?

Just saw on Facebook that this book is being given away as a bonus with each Thermomix sold in the UK this month.  :)

I think I actually saw the coverture choc at W**lw*rths. It was near the deli section where they have the gourmet cheeses.

Saw them there today CP good spotting, some fell in my trolley.😊😊😊
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

I have a similar problem Jeninwa. Lindt seems to fall into mine. You think they would stack it with more care  ;)
