Lemon Ice Cream

I was just reading the delicious lemon mouse recipe when I remembered I was going to make lemon ice cream so here it is.

Not really a recipe.

I made a batch of achookwoman lemon butter (with the apple) and it was so delicious I wanted to use it for things other than tarts, pancakes and my toast.

Lemon Ice Cream

1 cup lemon butter
1 cup yoghurt
1 cup cream of any type

I just mixed it up for a few seconds in tmx and then put into the ice cream churn.

You could make more but I just used equal quantities of each item.

It was loved by all here.

Glad you like it JeninWA; I think the secret to the yummy taste is from the lemon butter with the apple in it.

Thanks for this Troupie. It sounded lovely when you told us but I am not as good as Jeninwa and haven't made it yet. I was given quite a few lemons on the weekend so I will do it.
