Hi!
« on: February 21, 2013, 01:03:15 am »
Hi there! I just wanted to introduce myself, and say that I've found this Forum an invaluable resource since buying my Thermomix in December 2011. I live in the Adelaide Hills surrounded by beautiful fresh farm produce (including our modest but thriving vegie garden), and I love using these ingredients in my Thermomix to make beautiful meals. I have two little boys aged 3 yrs and 7 months, and I can't imagine how I would cook for the 2 boys without my BFF (TMx!).

Hi classmyth, welcome to the forum - we have other members living in the Adelaide hills area so you all probably cross paths somewhere along the line at your farmers' markets up there.

After 2 years you are an old hand at using the Thermomix so I'm sure there are some recipes you have converted that you would like to share with us if you can find the time.  Join in, post some reviews of recipes and enjoy your time on here with the friendliest group of people you will ever find.

Welcome to the forum classmyth. You certainly live in a lovely part of the world. My DH did some of his national service time at Woodside. We were up that way last August, it is beautiful.

Thanks everyone! We are in Mount Torrens Cookie1, so only 2 towns on from Woodside. Surrounded by vines, cows and sheep- it's been a great tree-change from the inner metro!
