Shiny chocolates

Hi Everyone,

Is there a way to make chocolates shiny?  Maybe mixing them longer at a certain heat?

Thanks,
Cerise

I'm not sure about this one, is it something to do with the tempering of the chocolate?
When I used to make chocolate in moulds I simply used to give the chocolate mould a good shine and they always came out shiny enough for us.
Are you making chocolates Cerise?
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I think I heard that you do not put them in the fridge.
