You're very welcome, goldfish.  I forgot to mention how they are using the funds raised from the cookbooks, but no doubt the website would give all that background. 

Bali seems prosperous to the casual visitor.  But once away from the tourist centers, the story is very different.  Yes, there s poverty here.  Many children do't go to school.  Schools lack books and functionig toilets.  Commuities lack clean water.  Villagers lack adequate housig.  Jobs are scarce.  The projects of Rotary Club Bali Ubud Sunset address these issues. .....

All this Baliese talk has made me get my 2 cookbooks out & tomorrow or when I have time I will search for my cookingclass  notes, plus the recipes the executive chef of the sheraton in nusa dua gave me.

Its all coming back, a lot of the recipes you need to make the spice base first

Once my cousins have left, I think another morning f making all the spice bases s a good start.
