Hello from NSW, Australia

Hello everyone,
I haven't even started browsing the forums yet, but wanted to say hello
I am seriously considering purchasing the Thermomix, but just nervous about the cost and how often I am going to use it. My main reason for buying it would be to help cater more for our daughter who is allergic to wheat, dairy and eggs and anaphylactic to sesame and nuts. Not easy to make lots of things for her, time consuming and expensive if you want to just buy products already made.
I am really excited after being to a demo and booking my own for this week

Welcome - great to have you checking things out.
I have no allergies etc, but many of those on the forum would be able to help you. Good luck with the demo.

I'm thinking just the peace of mind knowing what's in your food would be worth the investment, and you'll find tons of recipes here

Welcome Marmee, I agree with MrSpock, at least you will know exactly what is in your food with the TMX. It is a really wonderful machine.

You won't regret it Marmee, at first when you get it, you think....will I be capable, it looks a bit complicated, but after 24 hours, and the fridge full of gourmet meals, you will be grinning from ear to ear! My DH was shocked the first few days, every time he opened the fridge! Spoiled for choice, and such a hard decision, what shall I eat?...first....?

Hi and welcome Marmee - looks like NSW is making a late run to try and catch up with those over in the West. Enjoy your demo.
