Charred Peppers & Chorizo Fajiitas - For Foods Sake

We really enjoyed these.  I made a half recipe which made enough for 4 wraps.
I took advantage of cooking more rice than needed to use for other things and froze in lots enough for 2 persons.

These were so tasty, loved every mouthful.  :D

We made these for dinner tonight, hubby's first attempt at making a full meal in TMX, with some coaching from the sidelines. It was absolutely delicious and very simple.

I made these last night and they were a massive hit. Hubby LOVED them! He loved them even more when we used the leftover chorizo, sweet potato and roast peppers mix on toast the next morning with a fried egg. It was amazing!! YUM!
