Recipe Review - Watermelon Strawberry Sorbet - Baby & Toddler Book p 187

This is such a delicious and refreshing sorbet and perfect for warmer weather. So easy to make if have watermelon frozen ahead. The only thing I would add is to make sure you process it well, even if it requires several times.

I haven't really used my Thermie for making sorbets even though it's so easy.....think I will make more of them this summer though.

I made this yesterday & it was very refreshing & lovely for hot weather.  Mine turned out very runny but we still loved it ... It was my first time making sorbet, didn't read the instructions right & watermelon had only been in the freezer for a few hours
