Just substitute Duck livers for the Chicken Livers http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=1808.0

Well it always works but is also easy to adapt. Mine is never the same twice!

Love Gert's chicken liver Pâté.  I posted a Duck liver one some time back.

Here's Chookie's duck liver pate on her blog.

Nothing better Chookie. Blood pudding or pâté on toasted sour dough for breakfast. Yum!

Indeed we did and it was terrific. Here is a timely article. http://www.goodfood.com.au/good-food/cook/hot-food-black-pudding-20130518-2jst8.html

I am looking forward to going to the Adelaide Markets for some more of the good stuff.  Just have to get it cryovaced . I know there are some butchers at the market that do that. Had to have some smelly cheese sealed up last time before I took it on board. Limburger I think
