Sounds easy enough to make Karen, I'm sure someone out there will try it and review it for the rest of us.  Plenty of comments on the website of the recipe but no-one had actually made it.

Sounds lovely, I have lots of oranges at the moment, so will give this a try this evening when I get back from doing the weekly shop, I imagine will be throw it all in and like Joys Orange juice, speed 9? Any other suggestions?

I tried this using store bought fresh orange juice, but the water made it, well, watery... So here's my tweaked recipe:

500g      Fresh orange juice
1           Large egg white
1 tsp      Vanilla extract
70g        Sugar
400g      Ice

Combine all of the ingredients in the Thermomix and blend on speed 10 for 15 seconds.

Serve immediately as the drink separates quickly. I serve in a tall cocktail glass with a mixing stick or an oversized straw. Very yummy.

I used to make this with vanilla ice cream and fresh OJ in the blender... Yummo  :D

Funnily enough it doesn't curdle!  :)
