Creamy pepper sauce for steak

Played around tonight and the whole family loved it

3 tbl mixed peppercorns grind 5 seconds speed 8

add 1 onion cut in half
3 cloves of garllic

Chop 5 seconds speed 6

add 50 grams butter and tablespoon of oil

Cook 3 minutes 100 degrees  ^^

add

1 tbl worcestershire sauce
2 tbl soy sauce
300mls cream

cook 10 minutes 80 degrees  ^^

Good work.  I still haven't been game enough to try the black peppercorn sauce for steak.

Thanks for this, it was perfect for tonights steak, mash and steamed broccoli - I reduced the cream a little, due to a lack of it and it was still perfect! Very peppery for those that like it that way!  :)

Lovely sauce went great with our steak, mashed potatoes & beans tonight. One small variation some cornflour added to thicken. Next time will halve the recipe as there was just my husband & I.
