Have you got a microwave ILB or don't you believe in using them?

Both JD  :P
My sister gave me her old one (otherwise I don't know if I would have brought one). I use it occassionally to re-heat (if it's not really suitable for the tmx to do like reaheating a choc muffin to freshen it up - wiping the crumbs away... hmmm that Cyndi 21 day programs going great by the way... NOT).  I have never really "cooked" in one. So I use mine minimally - i don't really like my food in there.

I don't own a microwave and haven't for at least 7 yrs... My DD doesn't ever remember me having one.. and she's 7! LOL

My friends are often astounded I do without one.. but I have quite well!  :D
